Space in our city is becoming increasingly rare and expensive. Meeting places are disappearing, rents are rising, and neighborhoods are becoming fragmented and isolated. Those without money often find themselves without a place to go. We believe that space should not be a luxury; it should belong to the people, not to profit. For us, having our own space is not an end in itself; it is the foundation for fostering lasting solidarity – creating a place that is independent, low-barrier, and accessible.
Our work is already taking place, though currently spread across various borrowed locations. A permanent space would allow us to bring our efforts together and to expand them. We envision a place of solidarity and connection – open, vibrant, and politically engaged.
To secure this space long term, we need financial stability.
This is only possible through regular donations! Monthly contributions help us cover rent, electricity, and operating costs. Whether it’s 1, 5, 20 or 50 euros a month: every donation makes a difference when many people pitch in.
We also need one-off donations to cover renovations and furnishings; these contributions give us the flexibility to act.
Your donation helps fund a place where people can become visible, empower one another, and stand together against injustice – a space that connects rather than excludes.
Solidarity means sharing space, shouldering responsibility together, and building structures that stay. Let’s create a place together that emerges from the neighborhood – and makes a difference within it.
